Concordia Parish teacher accused of sexual misconduct with student

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office (CPSO) arrested a teacher who is accused of sexual misconduct involving a student, obscenity, and obstruction of justice.

The CPSO received a report of suspected sexual abuse on Nov. 18, 2025.

CPSO said Victoria Marling, a school teacher, was engaging in sexual activity with a student at the school where she was working.

Search Warrants for social media accounts were obtained, leading to probable cause.

Marling was book into Concordia Parish Women’s Correctional Facility. Her Bond has not been set yet.
