MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The Monroe Moccasins held off the Biloxi Breakers to win their season opener in Russ Parent’s head coaching debut, 9-6. Moccasins Managing Ownership Partner Parker Moskal and Rex Moe each scored twice, while Austin Albrecht added four points.
