Ouachita Parish substitute teacher accused of raping student on campus
Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested a man accused of raping a student at Richwood High School

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - 24-year-old Georterrius Spivey is accused of forcing a student to perform sexual acts while on the Richwood High School campus.
OPSO said Spivey admitted to the accusations. Spivey was booked into the Ouachita Parish Correctional Center on the following charges:
- 2 counts of 2nd degree rape
- 1 count of misdemeanor sexual battery
- 1 count of simple battery
The Ouachita Parish School Board commented on the incident.
“On Tuesday, Sept. 9, Ouachita Parish Schools was made aware of a situation involving a substitute teacher at Richwood High School. Authorities immediately took action and contacted law enforcement,” said the Ouachita Parish School Board
The School Board added that they have no further comment as it’s an active investigation.
