RightFiber donates thousands to fight hunger in Lincoln Parish
RUSTON, La. (KNOE) - RightFiber, a brand of Ritter Communications, recently presented two organizations with donations to help them fight hunger in northeast Louisiana.
The donation by RightFiber provided $5,000 each to the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Louisiana and the United Way of Northeast Louisiana.
“The Boys & Girls Clubs and United Way of Northeast Louisiana are pillars of support for families in Lincoln Parish,” said RightFiber CEO Heath Simpson. “We’re proud to work alongside them to build stronger, more connected communities.”
The Boys & Girls Clubs said that the organization will use the donation to continue making sure no child in their community goes hungry.
A United Way Northeast Louisiana representative said they are grateful for their partnership with RightFiber because it helps them stabilize families they serve by addressing their needs
RightFiber recently acquired Ruston’s fiber optic network, which they said represents their investment in the future of the region.
The company shared plans to continue to give back through advanced internet access as well as community impact actions, like these donations.
