Monroe police make arrest in Charles Johnson Park shooting
MONROE, La. (KNOE) - UPDATE: On June 27, the Monroe Police Department arrested 19-year-old Trevon Harris in connection with the shooting that happened at Charles Johnson Park on March 30.
Harris was charged with two counts of attempted second-degree murder.
According to MPD, Harris was previously arrested for illegal possession of a stolen firearm, illegal carrying of a weapon, and a drug-related crime.

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The Monroe Police Department is looking for a suspect or suspects of interest regarding a shooting that happened on March 30.
According to the police, two victims were shot in the 1400 block of Bernstein Park Drive. The victims were brought to a local hospital for treatment. MPD did not share the condition of the victims.
