"The Italiano Stuffed Tomatoes"


Yields 8 portions

8 large firm heirloom tomatoes

1 pound ground Italian sausage
1 cup bread crumb
1/2 red bell pepper, green bell pepper and yellow onion diced small
2 cloves garlic
1 small can cream of celery
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp sola
1 pound shredded mozzarella


Cook off your vegetables in butter till translucent, add sausage, spices, and cream of celery
Cook till meat is done completely.
Drain grease and add breadcrumb.
Cut top of tomatoes and remove innards.
Stuff tomato and top with mozzarella
Cook at 350 for 20 min
