Strawberry Chicken Salad & Pecans


1/2 cup Poppy seed Dressing
1/4 cup green onions, minced
2 Tbs fresh Basil, chopped
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 lb diced chicken, white/dark, chopped
10 oz fresh Strawberries, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup pecan pieces, toasted


Stir together the dressing, green onions, basil, and pepper..

Fold in chicken and strawberries. Season with salt.

Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Stir in pecans just prior to serving.
