1 small bag pepperoni
1 1/2 lbs ground sausage
5 flatbread rounds
1 jar (8 oz) process cheese sauce
4 oz fresh mushrooms chopped
1/2 cup green onions chopped
1 cup red onions chopped
1 can (4 oz) sliced jalapeños, drained
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
DirectionsCook sausage in large skillet until browned and drain.
Place flatbread on cookie sheet lined with foil. Spread cheese sauce over flatbreads.
Top with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and jalapeños. Drizzle with tomato sauce. Top with cheeses. (These can be wrapped and frozen).
Unwrap flatbread and thaw on baking sheet in refrigerator. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-18 min. or until cheese melts.
