Shrimp Chowder


2 cans (15 oz) cream of potato
1 pkg cream cheese (8oz)
2 can cream of mushroom (15oz)
1 can whole kernel corn drained (15oz)
1 cup half & half
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 green onions finely chopped


Cream together on low to med heat, cream of potato and cream of mushroom along with cream cheese. Add corn and half & half, stirring until soft boil. Add cheddar cheese, then sprinkle in paprika, add shrimp. Add cayenne pepper and green onions. Let simmer for 5 -10 min.
Optional, Add bacon crumbles and croutons to individual servings.
