Root Beer French Toast Ham, Turkey and Cheese Sandwich


Yield: 5-8 sandwiches

1 loaf Texas toast
1 pound deli sliced Ham
1 pound Deli sliced Turkey
2 pound bag arugula salad
2 tomatoes (thinly sliced)
1 pk sliced mozzarella cheese
1 pound bacon
1 small jar raspberry preserves

Egg mix (whisk together)
6 eggs
1 cup A&W RootBeer
1 tsp cinnamon


Butter one side of Texas toast and toast on griddle ( be sure to not put to much butter, you want it to be crisp not soggy) then place non toasted side in egg wash then place back on griddle. Heat meats and place cheese on top till melts. Build sandwich, enjoy
