Deep Fried Ribs




Ingredients

Rib bones (1 rack cut)

tablespoon kosher salt
1
tablespoon black pepper
1
tablespoon brown sugar
1
teaspoon paprika
1
teaspoon chili powder
1
teaspoon oregano

Directions

Flour for coating, mix seasonings together and toss ribs in seasoning, allow to marinate for at least 30 min or more in Refrigrator. Coat in flour and deep fry for 7-10 min (165 degrees or more) Enjoy!
