Jalapeño Pig Poppers




Ingredients

5-Jalapeño peppers(cut stem off, slice in half, and remove seeds)
1/2 lb litle smokie sausages
2-4 oz cream cheese
10 slices of bacon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place 1 smokie sausage in each jalapeño pepper half.
Fill with cream cheese then wrap each with a slice of bacon.
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes and bacon is browned and peppers are tender.
