In the Kitchen: Creamed filled strawberries


12-14 lg strawberries
4oz cream cheese
8oz Cool whip
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
Chocolate syrup (for dipping )
1/4 cup pecan pieces


Using a paring knife, cut leaf end of strawberry, then cut inside the end making a fill hole.

Cream together, cream cheese, Cool Whip, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar until smooth.

Place in piping bag or ziplock bag cutting end to pipe into strawberries. Dip into chocolate and sprinkle pecan pieces.

Place on wax paper pan. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Dust with confectioners sugar! ENJOY!
