Ingredients: Yields 6 servings
• 1/2 box of crushed Thin Mints Girl Scout Cookies
• 1 box of brownie mix
• 2 eggs (3 eggs for cake-like brownies)
• 1/4 cup of water
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Crush Thin Mints into medium size chunks. Mix all
ingredients into mixing bowl. Do not use electric mixer

350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool before
cutting. Serve with mint-flavored tea.
Girl Scouts of Louisiana - Pines to the Gulf is kicking off it's Girl Scout Cookie Season on January 11 and we want to get the word out so everyone can be on the lookout for these delicious treats! We'll tell you all about our cookie lineup for this year, how to get your hands on your favorite variety, and when to start looking out for those super fun cookie booths in your community. We would LOVE to be able to prepare a recipe using Girl Scout cookies on the air, so please let us know if that's a possibility!
