Garlic Parmesan Chicken-n-Potatoes (Crock Pot style)


2# boneless skinless chicken breast
3# red skin potatoes cubbed 1"
2 tblsp olive oil (split)
1/4th stick of butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tblsp Montreal chicken seas
3 cloves garlic
1 tblsp thyme
1 bunch parsley cut fine
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (split)


Place 1 tblsp olive oil in skillet and sear chicken breast. Season with Montreal. In a crock pot place all ingredients inside except 1 tblsp Parmesan cheese and 1 tblsp parsley for garnish. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7 hours. Plate and enjoy.
