Cornbread Dressing


4 c meal
1 cup plain flour
2 tbsp baking powder
2 1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped green bellpeppers
1 cup chopped red bellpeppers
2 cups chopped celery
1 can chicken celery
1 can chicken broth
2 turkey
2 boxes stove top stuffing
2 tablespoon tony's chachere's
2 tablespoons accent


Combine first 6 ingredients, mix well, pour into baking pan with 1/4 cup of oil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until done.
Combine 6 cups of water into stock pot with chopped bell peppers,celery, chicken broth, turkey wings, accent, and Tony Chacheres's.
Boil all ingredients until done.
Break up cornbread, add stove top stuffin.
Mix well.
Add liquid from turkey wings.
Mix well.
Add 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper to the taste.
Mix Well.
Place in oven for 40 minutes until brown.
