1 1-1/2 lb petit beef tenderlloin
1/2 pound fettuccine
2tablespoons SoLa cajun seasoning.
½ cup butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy cream
¼ teaspoon white pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
DirectionsSeason the steak with 1 tablespoon of SoLa cajun seasoning per side. Grill the steak to desired doneness and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions or until al dente (mine is about 8 minutes).
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat melt butter. Add garlic, cream, pepper, and salt.
Bring to a low boil and reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 8 minutes.
Remove from heat and slowly add cheese.
Return to stove on low and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Toss pasta in sauce and serve on plate immediately
Cut tenderloin into medalians and place over top of pasta.
