Onion (chopped) 1/4 ea

leeks 2ea white part only (sliced in coins and washed)
Corn on the cob 2ea(seasoned, grilled and kernels removed)
Raisins 1/4 C
Garlic cloves (seasoned and roasted) 6ea
Olive oil 2T
Salt & pepper as needed
Dijon or creole mustard 1/4 C

DirectionsCoat fish in almonds and then Pan sear Tilapia.
Lentils stewed, Add water as needed.
Saute the vegetables together.
