Bacon Jam infused Brisket


4-6lb breast cut brisket
12 oz Bacon Jam
4oz Personal dry rub
24oz beef broth


Take 6oz bacon jam and place in food processor, add 2 tblsp water and thin down. Take and inject in multiple spots in the brisket, at least 8. Rub remaining 6 oz bacon jam on brisket then apply your favorite rub, cover and Slow cook brisket for 6 hours on 300
