Aloha Chicken


4 chicken breast
1 cup Italian dressing
1 Tbsp seasoning salt
1/2 Tbsp paprika
2 cups pineapple (chunks)
1/2 bell pepper ( red & green)
1/2 red onion (cubes)
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
1/2 jalapeño ( seeded & chopped fine)
1/2 fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt


Combine salt and paprika then sprinkle on both sides of chicken breast. Place breast in ziplock bag and marinate for 30 minutes. Remove from marinade and discard marinade. Place on grill. Grill over med heat 5-7 min on both sides or until juices from breast run clear (165 degrees internal temp)
Mix remaining ingredients together and toss, refrigerate for 15- 30 min.
Cover chicken breast with pineapple salsa mixture.
