1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
4 lg eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1 -1/2 cup self rising flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups pecans, finely chopped
Directions•Heat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease 9x15 baking dish • Mix sugars (brown & white) together using a wooden spoon. Add eggs and oil until fully incorporated.
• Mix flour, salt, and vanilla into mixture, then fold in pecans.
• Pour mixture into baking dish. Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes or until inserting toothpick in middle of bread and it comes out clean.
Remove from oven, cook before cutting.
