Watching weekend severe storm threat

(KNOE 8 WEATHER) - Good Tuesday! A very cold but sunny day is expected. Clear skies will pave the way for another very cold night tonight as radiational cooling will be in full gear.

Another sunny day is expected for Wednesday.

Our ridge of high pressure will move off to the east on Thursday, this will lead to more Gulf moisture return along with warmer temperatures.

A weak system will bring us more cloud cover and a few showers on Friday.

This weekend a much stronger front will move in. There will be a zone of possible severe storms from Louisiana up through Tennesse. There are a lot of details to iron out but make sure this is on your radar and you pay attention to forecast as details are subject to change between now and then.
