MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Ouachita Parish Police Jury President Shane Smiley says someone has died from the coronavirus in Northeast Louisiana.
Smiley says that on Friday, March 20, it was brought to his attention that someone from another parish died of COVID-19 in Ouachita Parish.
