MONROE, La. (KNOE) - A weak disturbance will increase our rain coverage as we head into Friday. There may be a spotty shower or two in the morning and late evening hours.
Saturday another system, this one being much stronger, will eject across the Colorado Rockies. This front will arrive into the ArkLaMiss sometime Saturday morning. Right now it's hard to pinpoint the exact timing because there may be some convective storms ahead of the initial front. Regardless, you should plan on showers/storms Saturday morning/early Saturday afternoon.
The biggest threats will be small hail, damaging winds, and possibly a tornado or two. You should have a way to EASILY receive weather notifications either via our KNOE weather APP or by liking our facebook page.
