Ruston man busted with large amount of meth, cocaine, ecstasy

RUSTON, La. (KNOE) - Authorities in Lincoln Parish have arrested a Ruston man on a wide array of charges after a traffic stop. The Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Office says the suspect was stopped for expired MVI and for having switched tags.

According to authorities, during the stop, they found a pound of high grade marijuana, 8.9 grams of cocaine, 6 grams of methamphetamine, 8 units of ecstasy, 132 units of alprazolam (Xanax), 40 units of adderall, 80 units of hydrocodone, two sets of electronic scales and $3,065.00 in cash.

Ivan Jerrod Wilson Jr., of Ruston, is charged with 12 crimes including: 3 counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II, 2 counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I, 1 count of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule III, and 2 other counts of distribution.
His charges also include 1 count of possession of drug paraphernelia and several traffic violations.
