Richland Parish authorities searching for murder suspect

Authorities are looking for a man wanted in connection with a murder investigation in Richland Parish.
The sheriff's department is looking for 21-year-old Monteco Kentrell Frost. Investigators say he played a part in a fatal shooting that happened on May 9th in Rayville.
Deputies say they received two 911 calls that night. One led them to a home on Ruth Street and the other to an area on nearby Linda Street. On Ruth Street, they say they found a man who had been shot in the leg. He survived. On Linda Street, they found a man dead of an apparent gunshot wound. He has been identified as 43-year-old Keric D. Whitfield.
Frost is facing several charges, including a murder charge.
Two others have already been arrested in the case.
24-year-old Quincy Hardiman of Rayville is charged with one count of 2nd-degree murder, three counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of home invasion, among other things.
24-year-old Joshua J. Chisley of Monroe is also charged in the case. He too is facing one count of 2nd-degree murder, three counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of home invasion, among other things.
