(KNOE 8 WEATHER) - Good Monday!
Clouds will give way to showers this morning as a wave of low pressure in Arkansas moves eastward.
We're looking at a twelve-hour window of rain. Likely starting around 7 a.m and ending at 7 p.m.
An embedded rumble of thunder is possible but I think we'll stay primarily all rain.
Tuesday we have a break between weather systems before our next trough of low pressure moves in.
An unusually strong surface low will form across the Plains. At the surface, a front will extend down through Oklahoma and Texas.
Expect storms to arrive Wednesday afternoon and end by the evening. As of right now, our biggest threats include damaging winds, hail, and localized street flooding. A weak tornado isn't out of the question either.
