MONROE, La. (KNOE) - We only saw a few showers and thunderstorms for your Sunday, the majority of the severe weather stayed well to the east. Skies will begin to clear as we progress through Sunday night and temperatures will also begin to drop.
Monday morning will start off in the upper 20's and low 30's and struggle to reach the 40's despite the sunshine. A strong north wind will make it feel even colder. Sunshine will last through the majority of the week and temperatures will steadily climb back up into the 70's by Friday.
Another chance of rain is in store for Friday and the weekend
