MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Temperatures are going to begin a warming trend, reaching the 70's by Friday. Clouds will be building back into the region ahead of our next weather system. Some showers can be expected on Friday.
Saturday a line of showers and thunderstorms will be moving through during the day. Some of these storms could be severe. The primary threat is wind and hail but minor flooding and tornadoes cannot be ruled out. The weather should clear out by Saturday night.
Sunday will have sunny skies and slightly cooler temps, highs getting into the 60's. Rain and milder temperatures will return for the middle of next week.
