Peddie fighting to stay at ULM for another season
In the midst of a 10-game losing streak and the future of his job uncertain, ULM head coach Bruce Peddie pulls no puches in a radio interview on ESPN 97.7.
Thursday embattled Warhawk coach Bruce Peddie swings for the fences with this job jeopardy.
"I have never seen it been around an area where wants people to fail that is the reality of it. I have seen it with a lot of sports here.", said Bruce Peddie.
As the critics become more vocal, Peddie remains hopeful that he will get the opportunity to rally in a fourth year.
Peddie says, "I have another year on my contract that is how i look at it. I am a man of my word if that is what they decide to do, that is part of coaching, but what I will say is if it does happen the problems are not going away. There are a lot of problems, this is a tough place. if you look at programs across the board we have two championships, baseball and women's tennis, that is not a great legacy since they joined the Sun Belt."
