UPDATE: Two juveniles arrested in Ouachita vehicle burglaries

Monroe, La. (KNOE) - OPSO UPDATE: Two juvenile suspects have been identified and arrested in connection with the burglaries. The investigation is continuing and more arrests are possible.

Original Story:

Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a series of recent vehicle burglaries that occurred during early morning hours in the Thatcher Pointe Subdivision in Sterlington.

Deputies said the suspects are going through neighborhoods on foot looking for guns and cash in unlocked cars.

The vehicles they used to get to the neighborhood are shown in the surveillance camera video below.

The suspects are also wanted by both the Monroe and West Monore Police Departments for questioning in recent burglary and theft investigations they are conducting.
