Final Swanson escapee has been captured

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Update: The final escapee has been captured.

Teondre Wright, 17, escaped from the Swanson Center for Youth in Monroe in January. He was found in south Louisiana.


Police are still looking for a juvenile escapee from the Swanson Correctional Center Tuesday night. The other three have already been captured.

Police say 17-year-old Henry Johnson, was arrested Wednesday morning at around 4:57 in the morning on Deloach Street. While Denver Lagrange and Dekylan Graham were arrested outside of The Travel Company on 18th Street.

All suspects are being charged with simple escape and battery of a correctional facility employee.

Investigators say the four teens attacked the worker and took her radio and keys to the building, then they climbed the fence, and escaped.
