Peoples is then accused of changing the victim's clothes in a rough manner. The victim called people a "bitch" because of how rough Peoples was being. Peoples responded by saying, "You are the bitch," according to court records.
Before the witness and Peoples left the room, Peoples pushed the victim in the chest and said, "Good night."
The incident was reported by the witness shortly thereafter and subsequently reported to police by nursing home administration.
