NELA Couch Concert Series helping local musicians

Some local musicians are struggling financially due to Covid-19.

In fact, many of them have been without work since businesses and performance venues closed up shop.

That' why the NELA Couch Concert Series was formed on Facebook. It's a virtual venue for musicians in Northeast Louisiana.

People can watch them perform and make a donation.

"There's always that one person or few people at every show that are completely there for what you're doing and it's those same people that are listening and giving back during this difficult time," says Mason Howard, a local musician.
