Military Care Boxes For Christmas

Blue Star Mothers of Northeast Louisiana is encouraging you to donate a care box to our men and women in the military!

The organization hopes to send at least 300 boxes for not only our deployed sons and daughters but for our region's deployed National Guard.

Here are some items that the community can contribute to the care boxes:

-Bricks of baby wipes

-Hand warmers (hot packs)

-Tube socks white & black

-Tony's and seasonings

-stick antiperspirant/deodorant

-Chap sticks

-saline nasal spray

-cough drops

-hot chocolate (not sugar free)

-Emergen-C powders

-Bottle water flavorings

-Men's body wash (no bar soap)

Collection locations are:

-Cotton Top Print Shop in Ruston

-Railroad Park in Ruston

-Chennault Aviation & Military Museum in Monroe
