We first told you about the incident at the Bastrop Kill Pen in late September. A man named Andrew Payne says someone reached into his truck window and beat him in the face after driving by the horse shipping facility. Michael and Greg Stanley were arrested and charged afterward.

Two months later, broken pieces of bone in Payne's nose still haven't healed, and he's expected to go through surgery in the next few days.

"The piece they broke off never knitted. It's still depressed, causing some breathing problems and it has to be redone. I'm getting it operated on in the next week or two," Payne said.

The two Stanley men are expected in court for their arraignment Monday morning at 9:30 A.M.
