Heavy rain and possible flooding Sunday morning

Strong high pressure aloft will keep our weather rather benign through the next couple days, however, a strong area of low pressure will cut off from the jet stream tomorrow and will eventually be in our backyards Saturday night. It's hard to pinpoint the exact timing, but I'd say rain begins between 6-11PM Saturday and ends around noon Sunday. There is the potential for localized flooding and ponding on roadways as there could be a few heavier rain showers. We are NOT expecting severe weather because we are lacking the necessary instability. 1-3" of rain is possible.
