Grambling woman accused of stabbing boyfriend

GRAMBLING, La. (KNOE) - A Grambling woman is accused of stabbing her boyfriend after an argument Tuesday.

Grambling Police say they responded to Park Street on March 24th and found the victim on the couch with a stab wound to the left of his chest.

The victim said his girlfriend, Deishane Basey, stabbed him when he tried moving her clothes out of the house.

The victim was transported to North Louisiana Medical Center for treatment.

Basey was charged with aggravated second-degree battery of a dating partner.
