(KNOE 8 Weather) - Happy Monday!
Visibility as low as a quarter mile is likely as you step out the door this morning. The fog will lift later this morning.
We are tracking an area of low pressure that is intensifying off to our northwest. At the surface, a cold front will stretch from the Great Plains down to East Texas.
A squall line of showers and storms will develop and move from west to east. The line will arrive in the Monroe area around 9 PM and cross the Mississippi River by 3 AM.
All modes of severe weather, including the threat of tornadoes, are possible.
