Parker teaches at Morehouse Elementary School and was nominated by Carrington Jumper.
Jumper says Parker is his favorite teacher because she makes learning easy and fun.
Parker has only been teaching for two years and says there's nothing she loves more than her students.
"They give me so much love and hugs," says Parker. "I love to see them learn and watch them grow."
