A dry Monday then more rain later in the week

(KNOE 8 WEATHER) - Happy Monday!

Today will be our last completely dry day as high pressure will shift off to our east and moisture will return from Texas. This morning you should expect some high thin clouds to get thicker by the afternoon. This afternoon and tonight we should stay dry, however, moist flow, along with a weak warm front in southern Louisiana, will lead to an enhanced coverage of showers on Tuesday and Wednesday. Late week, a cold front will move through on Friday bringing an escalated coverage of showers followed by chilly air for later in the weekend.
