Erika Payne, a 6th grade teacher at New Vision Learning Academy, says, "The children and faculty have been working very diligently, day in and day out...We've seen the "The Wiz" on television, but this time it will be on stage, and from that point on, we're going to be easing on down the road."

New Vision Learning Academy was founded by Rev. Andrew J. Mansfield 20 years ago. The vision for the academy is to provide students with the fundamentals they will need to become successful adults. Percille Broadway says, "Mansfield was so passionate about education for every child to learn in a safe environment. So I think he would be very pleased that we are keeping the vision alive."

School enrollment is currently open for the 2019-2020 school year.

Curtains go up Thursday, July 18th inside the school gymnasium at one o'clock. This event is free and open to the public.
