Jenifer Andrews anchors KNOE 8 News at 5, 6 and 10 each weekday.
While Jenifer isn’t from Monroe, she got here as quickly as she could! As a matter of fact, Louisiana is her adopted home. She spent years working in many Louisiana television stations, and her husband is a Louisiana native. His middle name is even Monroe!
Jenifer comes to KNOE with loads of experience. From the rolling hills of Missouri and Kansas, to the Peach state of Georgia, Jenifer takes pride in providing local viewers with the news that matters to them.
News is a way of life for Jenifer, who graduated from the University of Missouri, in her home town of Kansas City, Missouri.
Throughout her career, Jenifer has done it all. She has traveled overseas to cover local troops in the Gulf War, interviewed President Clinton in the White House, and of course, who could forget judging crawfish eating contests! And while her experience speaks volumes, Jenifer loves being involved in the community. So if your paths should cross, be sure to say hello– because Jenifer has never met a stranger!
