Donna Keeya

Originally from Sugar Land, Texas, Donna has been a lifelong lover of news, but began her passion for journalism in high school, getting involved in the school newspaper, yearbook, and student-run broadcast.

Donna is a recent graduate of the University of Houston, where she majored in journalism and minored in U.S. ethnic studies and history. In college, she spent four years working for The Cougar, UH's student newspaper, capping off her final two years as editor in chief.

Donna has previously interned at KPRC 2 in Houston, where she was able to rotate through a variety of roles in the newsroom.

Outside of work, Donna loves coffee, trying news restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. She is super excited to learn more about the ArkLaTex and appreciates everything the area has to offer.
