Marcus Walter is currently the Chief Meteorologist at KNOE. He is originally from the suburbs of Chicago and has spent time working as a meteorologist in cities such as Cleveland, New York City, Baltimore and Denver to name a few. He is happy to be living and working in the city of Monroe and hopes to continue connecting with viewers and citizens of the region.
In his free time, he enjoys watching streaming services and exploring the region. He also enjoys trying restaurants across the ArkLaMiss and would love recommendations if you have them. Marcus holds a bachelor's degree in meteorology with honors from Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in atmospheric science from Cornell University.
