Monroe Moccasins celebrate one year of hockey back on the bayou

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - June 5, 2024 hockey came back Monroe, Louisiana. The Moccasins returned after 23 years away and during the first season back the fans certainly made the team feel at home.

Managing Partner Parker Moskal spoke exclusively to KNOE on what the first year has been like.

While the results on the ice weren’t always wins, the Moccs set attendance records for average attendance and broke the FPHL record for total season attendance with over 126,000.
