BBB: Publishers Clearing House issues refund checks to some customers

MONROE, La. (KNOE) - If you’re a Publishers Clearing House customer, you may be entitled to a refund.

According to the Federal Trade Commission, “PCH sent emails with deceptive subject lines that led people into thinking the emails were related to official documents, like tax forms.”

Only customers who clicked on one of the emails the FTC said were deceptive and ordered a product will get a refund.
