MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Carroll boys’ basketball put up a fight, but ultimately falls to Bossier in the Non-Select Division II State Championship, 42-33. Senior Rictavion Johnson led the Bulldogs with 12 points, five assists and four rebounds.
