MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Fall camp is underway for ULM football, and so is the quarterback competition. Sophomore Chandler Rogers and junior Jiya Wright are fighting for the starting job. Head coach Terry Bowden says both players have the ability, so it will be a battle.
