MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Virginia’s Eli Sullivan is the 2022 World Horseshoe Pitching Cadet Champion, going undefeated in the championship playoff and preliminary round. The 10-year-old has been competing for two years, and he offers tips for other pitchers.
